All deposits are NON refundable. A deposit is charged to hold a reservation and take a vehicle of your choice off the market until the date of service. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $300.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $1,000 (or at driver's discretion in case anyone gets sick).

Drug consumption and use is prohibited by law — any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate a run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). We do not allow food consumption in our limos. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.

Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet and will be charged on an hourly basis. Not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date at the start of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Airport Trips: We monitor all flights and adjust scheduling accordingly. We cannot guarantee availability of a vehicle when flights are more than 45 minutes late — in this case the availability of the reserved type of vehicle might change.

Airport & Other Trip Cancellation Policy: All outbound airport sedan trips must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to reservation for a full refund. All inbound airport sedan trips must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to departure for a full refund, and 12 hours for stretch limos and buses. All no-shows will be charged a full fare plus 20% gratuity. Wait time starts after 45 minutes of gate arrival for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Wait time for airport trips is $15 per every 15 minutes.

All other reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to reservation not to incur the full amount of the reservation. Wait time for other reservations is $30–$75 per every 15 minutes of waiting. All Covid-19 cancellations will follow the same rules as above. Any trip not cancelled within these timeframes will incur a full charge.
